Guelda Voien is the Deputy Editor for Asset-Backed Alert and Real Estate Alert on Green Street’s News team. Before joining Green Street in 2021, Guelda wrote and edited the financial, real estate and fine arts section of a New York-based tabloid newspaper. With over a decade in the news business, she has held staff roles at a host of publications including Debtwire, the New York Observer and The Real Deal magazine. Guelda’s work has been published in the Los Angeles Times, Architectural Digest, the Miami Herald and LA Weekly, among others. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
